5Lied about the promo plan. Phone I purchased must be a refurb as it gets stuck on screens, doesn't recognize voice commands either. What they advertise as a special or free in the store amazingly becomes different when you go to check out.
The Best Customer Service Ever. They just need to keep more phones but that just means they got a lot of business though. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks to the professionals that work there. And Metro by T Mobile is an awesome phone company without a doubt.

Came here two times at this location.
One guy just locked up the store for no reason just because it was slow. And made a face right when we showed up in time before he locked up
The other time this lady was being really rude basically just trying to kick us out just so she can go make out with her boyfriend.
Bad customer service. Never coming back.
