I had a wonderful time at the store the worker help me out and they was very very respectfully.

Don't know what's going on with the store, the store say I pay a dollar more to come in to pay the bill. But on the receipt that I received from my text it don't show anything but my bill money. It do not show the $4 that I pay extra.

Metro on Eisenhower Pkwy Macon. First of all, I give credit to everyone who can work and is working a job. Now to Metro. I purchased a $300 phone almost 3 weeks ago. It took nearly 3 hours to port my number which never finished processing so I went home to wait on the porting to complete. Maybe I locked the phone by mistake, not sure if I did or not but I returned it to the store and they said there is nothing they can do because I locked it. The CSR (customer service Rep) did end of ordering a new phone so I waited over a week. After waiting over a week, I called and spoke to the manager who confirmed the phone was never ordered. She ordered the phone for me again. At this point, I never got a call saying we did not order your phone but instead hung out to dry with no phone. In the end, I was without a phone for nearly 3 weeks. The moral of this story is customer service. No apology, Im sorry, or is there anything we can do Sir. They told me that there is nothing they can do after purchasing a $300 phone. The same day (today), I went to the Warner Robins Metro store and they gave me another phone no questions asked. Ladies and Gentlemen, all Im saying is to practice good customer service. What happened to satisfying the customer. Even though you are unable to go against policy, at least give service with a smile and go above to assist the customer. I will bad mouth Metro everywhere I go and will end my service after the mandatory 90 day requirement to have service. This is the worst store but that is where corporations are going. Please be mindful when shopping at that store. I pray no one else throw a brick through the window (my 1st visit, some1 busted the window). Usually the employees are a reflection of ownership and management.

Oh my goodness worst experience ever. I needed two lines so it would be 2 phones, I told her I wanted a price and how much it would be because I needed to save up and come up with the money and this lady could only say $165 she was not able to answer my questions and she was unable to explain why I would pay $165 for two lines, She was not helpful at all. So I went to the store over at shurling dr and those ladies in that store answered my questions gave me an approximate price of how much my phones would be and they got the sale right then and there. I have been a Metro PCS customer for over 10 years.

Metro on Eisenhower is good atmosphere. Unlike the nasty, rude female on PioNono. On girl there is rude, nasty disposition.

If I could give it no stars I would this location is so unprofessional they allow kids to play on the phones an harass people for no good reason and when you try to call the store they won’t answer smdh

Keekee was such a big help when me and my wife came in to switch over phones. Went to another store and was given the run around. Was sent over here to Eisenhower and I'm so glad we did.

Trying to call to get information on a iPhone 6 to see if they have it in stock and there office phone goes straight to voice mail! That doesn't make sense at all!
