Metro by T-Mobile reviews
7Sold me a screen protector that didn't fit the phone and wouldn't give me a refund.
I was extremely pleased with the service that Corey gave. He was pleasant, professional and very efficient.
Amazing service, Excellent customer serviceI will definitely refer customers to this location
I had a very pleasant experience, it was busy when i got there and only one person working. But she is amazing and possibly the sweetest person alive. Being a transgendered female it means the world when people are kind and treat you like any other lady. Daisy your the best boo thank you for being you and a real genuine young lady
Needed to activate an eBay purchase phone. Phone would not recognize SIM card. Had to break down and buy a phone and was out of there in 15 minutes.
Absolutely terrible experience. The lady working there does not help properly and I've had to make millions of phone calls to customer care. I'm switching lines after I get this problem fixed.
Female working with glasses seemed as if customer service is not for her, her tone & body language was rude, she showed that she had no patients for the elderly guy she was assisting, there was even a moment when she helped him resolve his 1st issues and when he was asking for help with something else her faces showed how she really felt and that was very rude, while on the phone taking a personal call at the front register along with a friend visiting her in the store with a young baby running behind register! Customer service sucked!
