Metro by T-Mobile reviews
5I was met by a RUDE and unpleasant worker who opened the door late (after 10am) and retaliated against me, for speaking to others waiting at the door about the problem, by telling me she wouldnt be helping me when I entered the store. She went so far as to tell me that I could call the police. She allowed several other people to enter the store and helped everyone BUT me. I was not treated fairly or properly at all.
This metro almost never can help you the people are rude talk over you this 1 young girl kept screaming $25 fee every time I tried to explain my problem the guy with the dreads told me my problem but wouldn’t fix the phone until I paid a 2nd fee didn’t care about my service just wanted the money I went to another store got my fee bypassed and they fixed the SIM card wasn’t the same as the registered phone and he fixed it in 5 minutes with no issue! I will be calling in to report this store I’ll never go here again I was yelled at an turned away for service over $25 I already paid online for and it seemed like they didn’t believe me or something.
As soon as I was in the building I was greeted and the place looked well kept. The associate helped me and I made my decision. The negative is that of the phone choices alot of them were plastic and so I could not use them to see the functionality which limited my options, but I was able to overlook that issue because I had previously been to another store to look at the phones that had all of them functional. New phone with port-in and within my budget made this easy.
Fenrey was awesome! Transferred cell number to Metro and was finished right before they closed on a Saturday.
Had to replace my Samsung, not even a week ago and I'm just noticing the dark skin girl, didn't even bother to give me a screen protector. I was in a rush and I didn't receive my charger or anything and I didn't feel like going back to get it. Why couldn't it be given to me with the phone? I thought she was done with everything so I left and I get a call, saying I left the charger to the phone. Screw the charger. I needed my screen protector. Smh
