4I have never had anyone treat me like that as a customer. Saturday, September 30th 2023. This boy was yelling called his boss very rude and everything for no reason. He was not being disrespected then I would understand. I simply went in there because I could not access my account online and was told that I have to go to the store. It was a few minutes before closing time, I asked him if he mind if I called customer service while there to get more info, as soon as 7 came he started yelling I couldn't hear the rep on the phone he called his boss he was really acting out. It was bad and embarrassing for an adult. Very unacceptable. Highly unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location.
I had an excellent experience, very satisfied with the great customer service. Best Metro in the area.
