Metro by T-Mobile, Villa Rica GA

Extremely bad service, they included the case and the screen protector in the purchase and told me it was free and the worst thing was they put a monthly protection charge on the phone without asking me. In the end they put the receipt hidden inside the closed phone case and He didn't give it to me in sight, I ended up paying more for the purchase of the phone and the monthly bill, I never want to return to this store. Plus they don't know de difference in quality between the phones just they know about the pictures quality (?)

Bad service acts like they don't want to serve you. Been with Metro over 10 years this is the worst store I have ever been too.

In this store the customer service is REALLY BAD!
They work on a T-Mobile store but they don’t know anything about the devices, the manager is rude and he told me that that store is not part of T-Mobile, I have more than 3 months trying to fix a problem that was made by the T-Mobile call center and when I come to the store the store says that they can’t see the details in my account and they are not part of T-Mobile, if it was for this store I’ll be changing company today
