This store has been helpful thoughtout my several years with metro. Today I went in for two new phones and the assited me with care and were very helpful.

I was in the store making a purchase and at the time of paying the employee did not want to give me the receipt, she said she would send it to my phone, she did and 15 minutes later she made a cash refund for the total of my payment when I was no longer in the store I need to have a receipt for this purchase and to clarify what the accidental charge was that I was not informed of and what was the refund that was made to me and I did not receive

This location is worthless, No smart pay, They said they can't help me get my account number, and wouldn't put on the screen protector I bought from them.

Only if there was a way to give you a zero star rating. Thats literally what you did for me was nothing! I am a new customer trying to set up autopay. That's it. The young woman at the counter was so lazy, she didn't even listen, she just kept telling me to go to another store. Even suggested a corporate store for autopay. I'm really disgusted at the lack of concern, lack of greeting, playing on their phones instead of looking up my account, listening to music with derogatory words, giving me the wrong number and lying about that store being corporate.even gave me a non functional number just so that she could futher disregard me as a person. Two times the lady pointed her finger in the direction of the other store and said the other store does things that they don't do. So i left, and upon arrival at the store she suggested learned that your other store that shut down was for the same reason.poor service! Do better, and shout the other location because they save this MetroPCS customer. I can assure you, me writing those review is the BEST way to address the situation. Again do better

Its pointless to even explain I am looking for a new carrier I have been with them for 2 years and went for a upgrade and well the first store didn't do it and the 2nd store informs me that a credit union will let me know If I am eligible or not I can go with straight talk they cheaper and don't give upgrades ether
But they 25$ cheaper since I have to buy a new phone anyway

The sales clerk acted like she was bored with my questions and totally disinterested in selling me a new phone. I went elsewhere.

I'm not sure who was working on Thursday, January 5th 2023. But she went above and beyond to help us, She gave extra attention to my mother (that is disabled), changing her screen protector and several other things just making sure she was taken care of. She did these things out of the kindness of her heart. This young lady needs to be recognized for the work she contributes to your company. I, as my mother caretaker, was truly touched. She made my day better.
(I called the company and was told her name was Karen, but I'm not sure.

The staff that works here are the same people that have been there since my first visit. Always have an acceptable and affordable solution to any issues or challenges I face.
