I just upgraded to a new iPhone 14 and in all my years of being with metro, I’ve never been to a store that REQUIRES the customer to purchase a case and screen protector for $53. I called 2 other locations and customer service to get more information and they all denied the requirement of a case and screen protector. This situation has me questioning my service with metro
