Excellent local Metro by T Mobile. All Employees very helpful. Former ATT subscriber for over 25 years and saved a fortune. I also have their wifi router which is outstanding.

I was in the city for a vacation and stopped to get troubleshooting for my phone. The young lady provided excellent customer service and fixed the problem and suggested that when I returned home to go to my local store as a follow-up.

Have to go back. Attempted to call but no one answered. Ever since upgrading my phone I feel like it's been a downgrade due to connectivity issues and a lot of missed or ended calls. Not satisfied!
