I would give zero stars been coming here for three years always nice but today a new girl was here and thinks she smarter than anyone else I nicely asked her to check my account on my deals and upgrades but she told me she knows and she's telling me but all she's doing is looking at a scale not my account don't act to smart and treat customer like that I wanted to see my account so I could get a new phone not all that rudeness God bless u I want be back neither will my family

Came in on my lunch break to upgrade my phone. The girl who helped was nice the entire time but gave me zero information and ran a soft credit check on my account regardless of me asking her not to. She also said I could not use a credit card to pay for a phone no matter what unless I finance it through them with a third party company. Luckily a man from T-Mobile was in there and had the knowledge to explain that other store locations DO take credit card and I could be assisted there. She was not helpful at all and was not offering any advice or assistance I was thoroughly disappointed in her customer service and demeanor.

Apparently a phone can’t be sold without insurance. It’s mandatory. Also the free sim has a charge of $10. Plus random amount added and said its taxes.
