Shavonna gave me excellent, outstanding, superior customer service. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and services Metro by Tmobile offers. I had a 5+ star experience.

Standing right behind a wall to greet doesn't work Juan. Smiling and just doing what I ask is all I want when I come in. Changed from a 2 star to a 4 star because of customer service over THE Phone. Try being nicer. I have been with you for 8 years. Loved Cricket when I lived in Arizona. Don't think I won't switch.

Went today to meet someone that was going to buy an iPhone I previously had on metro. The phone was paid off and cleared from my account so the next person could use it. All the employees told me the phone would not work because it was not compatible without even checking it. They kept insisting it wouldn't work until I told them I would gladly pay the $15 fee to switch my service back to the phone to show them it would work. They said there are no refunds even if the phone works. I know 100% the phone is compatible and fully functional with metro. That's why I spent the $15, to show that it works fine.

After I payed the $15. We tested the phone and you guessed it. Works great. Calls, messages, everything.

They kept saying the phone was not compatible so much that the person I was going to sell the phone to got angry and left, even after I showed her the phone was fully functional.

I agreed to meet the buyer at a metro hoping they would clarify that my phone was clearly compatible and for safety.
But they're so lazy that didn't even bother to check and caused me to lose a sale and I wasted my time, her time and $15 for no reason all because they wouldn't do their job.

Highly dissapointed. Will never come back to this location.
I went to a different metro near by and they checked my phone and told me it would work without charging me the $15.

Went to try and add a line to my current plan. Got an employee who just mumble-whispered about what they had, and didn't actually explain the difference between the plans. He also didn't really give an answer to any questions I asked. Well, I guess he could have, but I didn't hear or understand him. Surprised this is supposedly a corporate location and not a franchise. I ended up just leaving without getting what I went there for.

LALY was so great she knows so much information and also helped my Mom pick the right phone. I don't have the best times at Metro PCS stores but this one is the best experience I had.

Very unprofessional service by Biz. They don’t follow their own promotions and make up excuses. Why have promotions when the corporate store doesn’t honor them.

I upgraded my phone in the metro pcs store located off 1871 Cobb pkwy in Marietta, Georgia. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to take of me and my fiancé. The issue was created by Smartpay however the Metro staff including the store manager stepped in and made the process much smoother. Thank you. I will be back and continue my service with this company for years to come.

Always coutetous and helpful with sales and after sales technical support after sales. Always willing to provide excellent customer service. Only location I purchase all my phones and accessories. Great inventory of products for purchases of phone's and accessories.

I had a damaged sd card prongs on my phone. They came up with a excellent solution of getting the phone replaced with in 7 business days at a reasonable cost! I'm pleased with this course of action!

This Corporate store is awesome. It's convenient located in Marietta in Chicago Plaza. The staff is very friendly and professional. Bilinguals are always available and everyone's always happy. I highly recommend you conduct business at this location because is a corporate store and not an authorized dealer. You will feel like home.

The worst customer service. I waited at least 15 minutes no one to help. Spoke to the Mike the manager what a terrible attitude. I'll go elsewhere with my business.

I've been coming to this location for 8 years now and I get Great service except when the manager Victoria is here she's the WORST but the store manager April will put her in check. When you come here to guarantee a great experience see Ily or Senetra

Metro PCS refused to use my current Metro PCS SIM card and upcharged me $15.00 for a ESN change swap fee when obtaining a new phone. Metro PCS Store #1011 employee Andre insisted there was no way around the charge. This store will gouge you with extra fees.
