I didn't have any issues with payment and the key being made. When I tried the key that was copied it worked perfectly.

Made copies of THREE (3) original keys and only ONE (1) set worked. I have contacted their "Customer Service" department and so far they haven't responded. AVOID using this service machines!

Quick and easy to use (very user friendly). Not a lot of options for the design and final product did not look as good as the design picked.
