Mobile Care Southlake Mall, Morrow GA

If I could give zero stars I would. I allowed this company to fix my phone two times thinking they were legit until this last time my screen went out again. I took it to another shop who informed me that they use a brand of replacement screens called intel which is the cheapest of the cheap and they easily break and tear up. He said that they shouldn’t charge anybody $100 for that screen! He said he had fixed over 10 of their mistakes! Mobile Care at southlake mall are scammers and their money hungry and also the screen quality is poor poor but they tried to make me believe all screen replacements were like that!

DO NOT GO TO THEM IF YOU NEED YOUR SCREEN FIXED.their quality is CHEAP and they will charge you so much.i recently got my screen fixed, it is much darker than my original screen, the screen doesn’t type or tap right, I REGRET EVEN WALKING INTO THAT STORE. IT IS SOOO CHEAP, if i could have walked back out of there with my old, cracked screen on my phone i would have! Than to have this cheap, ugly, ashy, dark new screen on my phone.

I purchased Air Pods and was given knock offs, that weren't working. When I went to exchange a day later, the price was all of a sudden +$150 and I was refused a refund.

Avoid this shim sham.

They big time tripping They gave me fake AirPods I wanted my money back they ain’t give me nothing ‍️!

Mobile care in southlake mall is really good they have good cases and there prices are not that bad on phones come and visit

My experience was great, Band helped me out choosing the best AirPods and also offering to change me tempered glass. If your in the area stop in the Southlake Mall, they are awesome.

Great place and phone cases are very protective. Got my 9 year old daughter a phone case for her iPhone X and for the price it’s worst it

I like that they have very creative case. I never seen amazing food cases before. It been the first time I been here and I had a great time.

The guys at mobile care are extremely helpful and have great prices on every item i purchased. Every item purchased they also did the leg work of applying it to my phone. I saved a lot of money going to them and would highly recommend stoping by.
