Shop at Modern Gas first! You will save time and money, spare yourself aggravation and disappointment from the big box stores and you will find what you need and want.
They have a large selection of appliances at various price points some in stock, some have to be ordered.
Even though we had to wait a few weeks for our dishwasher due to supply chain lags, we are very satisfied with doing business at Modern Gas. Winona was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She knows their product lines very well!
We did our own install so I can’t rate delivery and installation.
For our next appliance purchase, there is only one place we will look, Modern Gas.

Damien went out of his way to show me all the cooktop equipment that Modern Gas offered. He sold me a Yeti cooler, also covered with me the pluses of a gas dryer and was able to get my current dryer serviced.

Came in looking for a few products in the Yeti line. Layla was behind the counter and quickly ask if she could be of assistance. She was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with my purchases. As usual Modern Gas is always a pleasant shopping experience.

Damian was very knowledgeable about the grill we were looking at, and even shared his personal experiences with it. Everyone was friendly, and they are delivering and installing just in time for the holiday weekend. We also had an appointment to have our tankless water heater serviced, and a leak was discovered. We had a new water heater by the end of the day. Ricky worked diligently to make sure we didn’t have to go a day without hot water. I am thankful we have a local store that still puts customer service first.

We were delighted to get our new appliances delivered this morning. Will and Marquise handled the dish washer with respect and care for our new kitchen floor. It looks great! The next two delivery guys brought our fridge and washer and dryer. No problems here either. We did have to send dryer back due to a dent in the side, but will get a replacement real soon. We are extremely pleased with the service and advice from Wynona in the store and with the delivery and set up. Thank you Modern Gas!

Modern gas crew arrived early, corrected our problem (gas leak caused by yard work) no fuss no thrills. Professionally as usual. Steve and Marquis were great. Can’t say Thanks enough.
