Moody Heating and Air Conditioning, Rome GA

Moody Heating and Air worked closely with our contractor to install all of the HVAC for our historic home renovation and addition in downtown Cartersville. More than that, when our contractor damaged a wall and impacted our newly installed compressor lines, Moody came out multiple times to make it right even though it was no fault of theirs. We were so impressed and grateful to the team at Moodys for following up on the installment and making sure we had a perfectly working system! Great guys, excellent service! Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs.

We’ve used this company for 20 yrs and always received excellent service. Had to replace an outdoor unit and furnace. Joe originally came in to do the diagnostic. He was very polite and professional. David, the owner, called and spent a lot of time with us explaining our options of units, never pushing one unit over another. We received 4 options on a spreadsheet with details regarding each unit. We received the unit quickly and Ryan and Connor worked all day and part of another on the install. They were always professional, courteous and kind and worked hard to get the job done. Moody Heating and Air’s knowledge of heating and air, regular maintenance, and professional service are what kept the old unit, and the 3 remaining units (still working great), for 20 yrs! That’s unheard of these days. Highly recommend this company if you’re planning on replacing your current units.

The air conditioner in our apartment was not working correctly and I have a child who has medical issues that cannot do without an air conditioner. Unfortunately, it was almost 5: 00 in the evening, but you sent Joe out to inspect it; he had to add Freon.
Joe was friendly and quick, and I do appreciate the fast service.
Two days later it was still giving us problems. This was on Friday and you had already closed, but one of your men, Mr. Ray, returned my call and I told him it was an emergency and he informed me he could not come until the next morning. He was on time Saturday and after inspecting the unit told us it would most likely have to be replaced. Mr. Ray was a very nice gentleman and I told him that I appreciated his help and asked him to please notify the property management; he said he would.

On Friday, September 1st, you sent Ryan, Adam, and Brantley to install our new air conditioner. These three gentlemen deserve great praise. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and continuously stayed on task. We went on to do our daily routine and they did not disturb us in any way. Once their equipment was secured in their vans; they swept up, set our temperature on the unit, and informed us the job was finished. And even as an added bonus, these gentlemen returned a little while later to make sure everything was running properly. Now that's what I call great service.
I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

I was visiting my sister, Sharon White, and her air went out. Joe came out and said unit was frozen. We were dying! Joe promised he would come back at 8am the next morning to put in Freon. Thank goodness he was right on time! Also, Joe was very professional and personable at the same time. We all enjoyed his great personality and even shared a few laughs!

Robbi was a life saver this evening, he was quick to respond to our emergency HVAC problem. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

I fully recommend Moody Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who finds themselves in need of a new HVAC system in the middle of the summer. All of their technicians and office staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. They offered to let me borrow a window AC unit so I would be cool as I waited for my new system, and Robbie delivered and meticulously installed it. Their team then installed my new system during a pretty torrential downpour without complaint. Thank you!
