Mr. Locksmith, Norcross GA

So I scheduled my appointment for 2 p.m. One day, the person that answered the phone told me it might not be right at 2 but somewhere around 2 which was fine. He let me know that he will call me to let me know when he was in route. 4: 00 rolled around I hadn't heard anything from this company then I decided to call back for the guy to tell me oh well it's not going to be today. This that and the other happened and it won't be today. So then I'm like were you at least going to call me and tell me then he's like oh well it's been a crazy day I got busy I can call you and possibly come out tomorrow I can't tell you what time though. So I just hung up the phone. I'm not going to beg anyone to come and make some money to do a job for me. There are a million other companies who would appreciate my business so I'll never call this company again. Super unprofessional. I would not recommend. Next! So I ended up calling another company that came within the hour and got the job done in less than 15 mins for the same price I was quoted. So you live and and you learn. Thanks Metro Lock & Keys for your speedy, professional, and quality service.

He arrived very shortly after calling even though it was late and went above and beyond the call of duty he even already had a hard to find key that I have asked for at a lot of big name key cutting places in the past and the keys he had to make work smoothly every time so far and he even gave me a discount over the original quote not something you find often people want a little more I would 110% call back

Did an exceptional job unlocking my car when I was stranded. Car is older and the locks are eroded, he was able to determine and grind out a new key on the spot. Thank you Al!

I can't say enough about this company and Al! I was in an unfortunate predicament where I had NO KEYS to my Saab 95. Al went out of his way, completed dedicated to resolving the problem and came through! They are competitively priced, without ripping you off and even when Al was faced with many challenges I assume he didn't expect.

I didn't feel like another number to them but a customer they wanted to help. Will definitely go with the real Mr Locksmith for all my needs and recommend to anyone.

The locksmith was amazing he was honest and made my key fast and it was all for a great price I would definitely recommend Mr locksmith!

Got quoted $15 service charge and perhaps $50 for the technician but he would let me know when you got here. It literally took him less than 5 minutes to put two air bags in my door to pry it open enough to put a lock pic in it. For this I paid $135. Definitely look into another locksmith 1st and if you have to use these guys make sure you get it in writing first.

Responding to the reply that Mr Lockdmith left for Debra Wooten. I called and its not customer satisfaction that you want for your customers, All the way money. I called your office and they were going to charge me for your mistake. Never would use them again. Called Toyoys of Mewnan and they will be more than happy to program the key that came from the factory when I bought my car. Better think twice before calling Mr Livksmuth

Prompt Service. Reasonable price. Outstanding Technician. Locked my keys inside my vehicle on a Sunday afternoon. Most other places where either closed, too far away or unfairly price. Will Recommend!

Came to my house to make a key to my 2017 Camry. After he left I found my keys from Toyota. He has totally messed my car up. Keys from Toyota doesn’t work and the key he made doesn’t have the opener at all on it. Do not use them unless you wsnt your car totally messed ip

Only gave one star because you have to give something. Why put 24hrs for your service hours when your not really 24hrs!

Al is great at what he does. Other locksmiths were telling me that I had to go through a dealer, but Al made it look easy. Got my key done and for a very fair price. Great job!

If I could give them ten stars I would. I had to have a key made for a motorcycle ignition. The technician couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. The keys he made actually worked better than the original and the price was more than fair. I hope I never have to deal with this type of key problem again, but if I do, I know who to call.

I lost my car keys and Al did an amazing job cutting a new one and programming it to my car. He was quick and offered great service. It costs me $140. This is by far the best rate in town as I did some shopping around before finding Mr. Locksmith. This business is one of integrity and fine service. I'll recommend these guys to all my friends from now on!

Mr. Locksmith has been doing work for me for several years. I have a rental building with multiple tenants. As the tenants move in or out, I get the locks changed. Mr. Locksmith has always been prompt, courteous, and fair with his pricing. Anytime there has been an issue, they have corrected the issue with out any problems.
