7Staff is not helpful. They just point at the aisle and say “that’s all we have”. I have to show them the part on their website so they can check in the back. They have no interest in doing their job.
Made me wait for 15-20 minutes while she talks to another customer and complains about her job.
Horrible customer service
I called while in route to the location, 10 minutes away. They left me on hold so long that I walked in the store still on hold to see five people walking behind the counter. I walked up to one person that had on a Napa shirt and as soon as I said excuse me sir and started to ask him a question he cut me off and said I don’t work here I just came to see my wife and grabbed a lady walking bye and started hugging her so inappropriate
Long story short it was a waste of time even traveling over there for this experience
I would never go back

These guys are very helpful and professional and you feel comfortable when you enter the store.
The short old lady told me they had my rotors in stock when I called. I drove from Fairburn to get there for them to tell me they don't have it. She told me how she was too busy to look for it, but she was the only one sitting down when I walked in.
