I was on a road trip and forgot my laptop. Stopped by these guys because they were there when I discovered the laptop was gone. Bought a refurbished laptop for $200. It was the slowest, baddest laptop I've ever seen. It belonged in a landfill ten years ago.

Only leaving 1 star because 0 was not an option. My 2 year old broke my wife’s MacBook screen Friday 5/26. Took it here to be replaced. Picked up MacBook afternoon of 5/30 supposedly fixed. Within 20 hours screen coincidentally no longer works.network monkeys refused to fix and claims my wife must have broken it again. My wife has owned this laptop for close to 10 years with no issue but they expect me to believe she broke the new screen while wiping it down rather than they installed a faulty product. They said sure they will fix it, for another $500. To the owner, Steve Droz, hold onto that $500 real tight because I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know never to patronize this trash business.

Anytime I have been there they were very friendly and knowledgeable! I was referred there by friends and I will make sure to refer others there also!

Took my cracked screen in. Was charged an extra fee without knowing and charged almost $400 (half the value of my computer) for a screen that doesn’t work with the computer, and doesn’t work at all anymore. When I went in for them to look at it with the receipts they gave me, they wanted to charge me more.

I have used Network Monkeys several times and have always been very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.

I was so delighted to get one of our laptops back with no data loss and working so much better than it ever has! Some pesky programs are hard to transfer but they managed it!

Great service the staff know what the hell there doing instead of some idiots that open a computer store and don't have a clue. These guys know what there doing.

I will never send another one of my customers here. Learn how a sim card works before you LIE to someone. Sim cards DO NOT TRANSFER DATA they DO NOT HOLD DATA. Stop spouting nonsense to elderly people and train your staff to be more knowledgeable thanks.

Highly recommend Network Monkeys. I called in the morning complaining of a "dead" laptop. Being old and decrepit, I pleaded and they came to me. Fixed my problem quickly, reasonable $$$

Came in to see what was wrong with my new PC, I called first thing at 8 am this morning and Sophia answered my call, assured me she would assist me with my concerns, and would do everything she could to help me with my new gaming PC. After about 30-40 minutes of diagnostics we realized the bios simply needed to updated. I am so thankful for the help and them explaining what was going on. They fixed my laptop after I got caught walking in the rain for like an hour. Screen was busted and flashing but it works now. SO thank you guys at Network Monkeys!

Some how my password got messed up that I had on my laptop for years! (Charlie used it by himself for a few days. Mystery solved) I had no idea how or what he did.
So I was locked completely out.
Everyone told me I had to wipe it out to reset the password.
I called Network Monkeys and they took the password OFF completely for me.
I didn't loose many YEARS worth of pictures.
Didn't loose nothing at all.
Great folks and Price's are very very affordable. $35.00 saved everything!
If I ever have trouble I'll go here first and not try to fix it myself.
