New Image Roofs - Marietta, GA

Thankfully, we didn’t need a whole new roof. But many roof companies won’t tell you that! They will often just convince you to just get a whole new roof. I dealt with Chad Cannon on other projects so turned to him for advice. He and Brandon of New Image Roofing inspected my roof for sources of water leaks. They diagnosed the problems areas, gave me the bad news/good news and an estimate to repair. It was reasonable and we went with it. Their team made the repairs in one day and left no mess in my yard.all cleaned up. When these torrential rains came this week of Jan. 8th, we were dry as a bone inside.my rain gauge collected 6 1/2” of rain over two days. Thanks Chad and Brandon… honest assessment, reasonable cost and job well done! I’ll call you again when we do need a new roof!

We had a hail storm damage our roof this year and New Image Roofs completed the roof replacement for us. From the very first call, Chad and Brandon walked us through the whole process and made it easy. They worked with our insurance company to advocate for us and then saw it through with a great quality repair that only took 1 day to complete. We were very happy with them and certainly recommend to others.

I was given a price to check my roof, caulk nail heads and caulk vent and around chimneys. I thought the price was reasonable since the salesman said it would take 4 men about 4 to five hours to complete work. As it turned out there was three men come out and were here one hour and charged me $1,200.00 for the hours work. I am a senior who is 83 old and I think I was either ripped off by the company or the men did not do all they were suppose to do. Either way I paid 1,200 for i hours work which I believe is rather high price. I failed to check with BBB or get two estimates before having the job done.my mistake.maybe my post will keep someone else from making the same mistqke I did.

From scheduling the inspection to the install, Jimmy Lawless and the crew made sure we were informed and taken care of throughout. Everything was completed on time and according to the quote, to include handling the insurance claim. On install day the crew was awesome, and my new roof looks incredible.

I must admit that there was some anxiety about getting my roof replaced for the first time. I even had a hard time choosing who I was going to use for this monumental task. My neighbor then referred me to New Image Roofs and the rest is history. Marty and his staff put to rest any concerns that I may have had prior to our communication. The professionalism by everyone on this project was sensational; from Marty himself, Matt (Project Manager), and of course the workers who started early while enduring the summer heat throughout the day.
