Always bull sh.when you tell the people you are leaving then they want to say let me see what I can do like get a better offer why not get you the best offer in the first place. Like your time is not important. Well my time just as important as there's. Peace out

BUYERS BEWARE! If I could leave 0 stars on a review, I would. I usually don’t write many reviews, but my experience here was so bad that I feel like I had to leave one. The service here was horrendous. Demarcus is one of the managers there, and he was very rude. They play the classic good cop, bad cop role but Demarcus took it to a new extreme. He was so stern and unworkable. We even tried to call them back to work with them, and he hung the phone up on me. I went to three other dealerships around that area on the same day and had a completely different experience. If you really had to go here because of a car you’d like, I would strongly advise staying as far away from Demarcus as you can.

I thank Josh in the service department for making me feel important while my vehicle was being serviced on March 27,2021. He was awesome.

Norman Davis is absolutely the best sales person I have ever worked with in my entire life. I felt like I was buying a car from a family member or my best friend. He worked with us through a few different obstacles and was always super attentive and on our side. I would recommend him, hands-down, to anyone who is looking for a car, even from out of town, it is so worth it to work with him. He went above and beyond any sales person I have ever seen, and I have seen so many! You will be so happy if you buy your next car from Norman.

Started off with a warranty item they refused to fix had to drive back to the original dealership twice because they wouldn't not even order the part unless I was paying out of pocket the final straw was today had purchased an oil change package and because of COVID19 the package expired 197 days ago instead of offering to honor the PURCHASED package Tripp offers to sell me a new one. I will not return to this location again and I will continue to post on every Social Media Platform. Now you add insult to an already bad experience by sending"coupons" for service I have paid for and your saying were mileage sensitive tire rotation and balance with an oil change for the same price I just paid for just an oil change! Really Nissan of Newnan?

Extremely high fees in addition to the regular tax, tag and title fees. Other than that, sales rep very friendly.

Went in for a truck that showed onsale for 39k on website. I was told the truck is actually 59k.
Nothing about your advertisement on that truck is transparent. You took a picture of the actual truck with it lifted and put 39k on your website. So basically we can sell you this truck in the picture but we are going to remove the lift and the tires and the windshield and the brakes etc.

Every experience I've had here has been so amazing! Bought my car here almost two years ago. They worked really hard to help me get exactly what I needed and they were so patient. Every time I have needed any service on the car, I've come to the service department. They are so friendly and always meet whatever time they quote. Best dealership in town!

Poor experiance with this dealership, sales rep Luis was cussing through out the test drive, Internet priced the vehicle incorrectly as new, when we got there beliving it was a demo car, smelled of smoke, and had dog hair all over the seat. When asking if they would work on the price, that was a pain. Worst waste of my time so far at any dealership.

I really enjoyed waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. The technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. The waiting area is the best I've ever seen. They really know how to take care of their customers. What a great experience!

The "new" general manager is very hostile! I could not believe his response to my concern, he raised his voice and was very aggressive. Even as I walked away from him he followed me around the entire dealership raising his voice saying and I quote, "I'm in charge! " I felt completely threatened! I have always had pleasant visits to Nissan of Newnan, but now it's just frightening!

False advertising is the game here.saw a truck on their website for 1 price and when I went to buy it was 30k more then advertised.

Nissan of Newnan has always been good to me. I bought my Rogue there at the soft opening in 2014 and have taken it back for regular maintenance. This visit was to patch a tire, change air filter and have my car detailed. I was treated like their favorite customer as always. Christie is terrific! She made sure all of my expectations were met and exceeded and the car was ready when promised. Great job!

Love the customer service. Jody, Jason, and Josh were amazing. We love our new 2018 Nissan Sentra. I will forever be a new customer to Nissan Of Newnan.
