Working with Miles was truly a pleasure. I am extremely picky and very difficult at times but Miles maintained a very positive attitude, always supported me, and most importantly explained things in detail, which I loved and appreciated. There was one particular time when my lender sent me several options for financing, Miles broke each one down and gave me the pros and cons based on his experience and that led me to a substantial savings both short and long term.
