I give them one star but in reality I would like to give them less. David sent the wrong product and then did not back up his mistake. I would never use Nothing but LED or Beyond LED ever again. They do not back up their mistakes.

I can only speak of the level of customer service since I could not buy the lights wanted at this time. Coming from a background in customer service management I can say they are Good Old-Fashion customer service! They were timely, courteous, informative and even though my contact was mainly through online chat and emails it was palpable how much they wanted to ensure I was happy with how they were handling me. In my experience, when you have a team willing to put that much professionalism in a person who is price shopping, you know they are the company you want to go back to. I will buy my grow lights from them if my indoor garden is successful and want to enlarge my own sustainability.
