NTB-National Tire & Battery, Milton GA

After reading all the great reviews for this location I made an appointment for an alignment. I was told it would be a few hours so I left. As I was leaving I overheard them say the alignment technician wouldn’t be in until another hour. I came back after 3 hours and they hadn’t moved my car and they took many other cars in before mine. After lying to me several times saying there were other cars for alignment before me (I was the 2nd car there this morning) and being very rude, I took my car and went elsewhere. I’d like to give zero stars if possible. I do NOT recommend giving them your business. They were so rude and mean when I left.

Robert has the best attitude and genuine care towards you. I was amazed at how nice Robert was. He helped me get new tires and brakes. The price was lower than other local stores and the store was super clean and pleasant to wait in. His reviews are accurate and real; I got to see that for myself on Saturday with my kids and husband.

Great service, This Mavis is 100 percent on point now. Robert, the store manager is awesome. We used to come here when NTB, and stopped because of staff. My girl came to get tires, and Robert shocked her and me with exceptional service and courtesy. My partner come her for parts with his girl car too. They fire forreal

What a wonderful experience I had the pleasure of speaking with Robert and I didn’t have an appointment and he was able to get me in and I was able to get my oil changed. The location by my home i can never get in which is why I am behind on my oil service. Very professional and kind the facility is very clean and organized. Greatly appreciate the service!

Worst customer service. I had been to that store to file a claim on my tires as there are authorized dealers for my hankook tires. I took all the paper work regarding that but they not willing to file the claim and do the needful. Dough is so rude that he refuses to talk to hankook Warranty department. I filed a complaint on him with the ntb cooperate. People take ur business somewhere else.

It's open Sundays and it was such a blessing for me as my car brakes had failed and I had to get them repaired on Sunday.

The store Manager was very rude and has no control over his associates. I spoke with several individuals on the phone about pricing for tires and was told to come in to get everything situated and pay, and when I arrived I was told they could no longer honor the deal that we had setup on the phone. A complete waste of time. Will not honor pricing given over the phone or any specials. Would avoid at all costs.

Questionable Service

Had tune up done a week ago and happened to raise the hood doing other work. I found 4 plugs on top of the drivers side quarter panel, one on the battery and one under the battery tray. We moved to this location due to bad work at another NTB location and unfortunately, quality is now slipping at this location. Seem to be OK for general work, but I would look for a different location for more complex requests.

Exceptional service as always. This specific visit was for special order tires; they arrived sooner than expected, were fitted the same day and the car was ready on time.

I went there for an alignment after calling first to make sure they could get me in on short notice, I was told they did have appointments all day but that they could fit me in if I was patient. They got my alignment done and had me out in the time the manager said they would. When I asked about how bad my alignment was, Carlos was nice enough to go over the specs with me and explain what the numbers all meant. They were very respectful of my time and others.

I’ve been here a few times and always have excellent service. They worked me in both times once my online appointment didn’t go through and today they replaced all of my tires in just a couple of hours after I experienced a blow out, needless to say it was a pretty stressful day! I am grateful they were able to fit me in again today and make my car safe to drive again. Thank you!

The absolute best. I wish they did full service. They are the only ones I truly trust with my car!

Prices are high at NTB, at least this one (even for tires). I found cheaper auto-care prices, and more transparency, at the dealership.

The guys that work there are amazing! My car has had several problems in the last year and I only bring my car to this NTB. Carlos, Thomas, Harley, and John are incredible. As much as I wish my car didnt keep having issues, I always enjoy seeing these guys and I know I can trust them. Best service and best employees at this one!

Clean & efficient. The waiting area has comfortable seating. The staff is very organized & provides detailed information.

They're great. The place is busy so just know that going in but I always drop off and pick up later, typically next day. They're honest and not pushy salesmen, they're just honest.

I service several cars at this shop. Appointments are always easy to book online. Prices are great for oil changes and tire rotations are included. New manager does a good job making sure customers leave happy.
