I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years. I was so pleased with the level of customer service that I received today! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with my tires rotated.

I just have to say that there aren’t many places these days that care about their customers the way NTB does. The guys know their stuff. It’s not just a job to them. I have never had any problems with them. They are all extremely nice and go out of their way and above and beyond to help their customers and they deserve to be recognized for it especially in today’s world. NTB as a whole is a good company, but this store in particular will be where I go for the rest of my life.

My entire family has been going here for years and has spent thousands of dollars with them, but when they stripped one of the locking lug nuts on my jeep they refused to fix it unless I paid full price for labor and parts even though it was them who broke it in the first place. They would not fix what they broke even though it took me 15 minutes to fix when I got home. Instead of de-escalating the situation they claimed I was "threatening" them by giving the ultimatum of them either fixing the problem they created or I would be taking my business elsewhere. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Glad discount tire is opening up right next door!

Will not go back. They said 5 light bulbs were burnout in the back of my car and When I got home all the light bulbs were working and they had not changed one. This is just one of many things that have happened. My husband had several experiences also and we're done. We purchased tires from this place for over a decade and now I don't want to go back anymore. So sad.

The most honest shop I've ever had service performed. The service was great, and the work was done before I knew it.

Needed a new battery for VW Golf. I was in and out same day in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. Great job!

Benny was really helpful. Gave me a great deal on tires and alignment. Truck drives better than it did when it was new. Will be brining it back for regular service!
