I needed to print a few pictures with a good quality, Bartman from the printing department was absolutely great, very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me and made my day!

Had to utilize the print department, not my first time, but definitely the best! Needed a project completed ASAP. From the moment I walked in stressed, I immediately was made to feel at ease. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and project was done that day! It was great!

The people were helpful but be aware of deceitful practices at the corporate level. Look up everything you buy in store on the Office Depot website first. The prices do not match what's displayed in store and they will charge you the higher price if you don't catch it. I will be reporting this to the Georgia consumer protection agency.

It started as a self service job; me copying & printing my Mom’s obituary program. When the paper was not to my satisfaction, I asked for assistance from Bartman. Bartman was knowledgeable about the type of paper I desired for the proper outcome. Patient & giving with his time because the order wasn’t complete at closing…he stayed late to accommodate us & make sure our program booklets were perfect.

Today was a bad day for Office Depot at 3775 Walton Way Ext, Augusta, GA 30909. I will no longer be going to this store. I have always bought my service and non service dog with me and have had no problems. Until today, a manager told me they don't allow dog in here unless they are service. When I asked him when did the depot start this new policy? His reply was we only allow service dogs. I explained one was and one was in training and I have never been turned away for a dog here before. He just walked away. I put the dogs in the car and went back in with the office depots web site. The site said Office Depot is dog friendly and it was up to the manager of the store to change the policy for his location. The 2 managers there on duty were not rude but did not know what the American for Disabilities act says about service animals. They were convinced (and a little arrogant) they could ask me any question about my dog or my condition. I recommend
strongly if this Office depot location has decided to go non-dog friendly, they should clearly mark the door with service dog only and get trained quickly on the ADA law on what you can or can't ask a disabled person before the company ends up in a Civil Rights Law suit. Either way, we went to Staples and purchased our back to school supplies which has a sign that says only service animals and didn't question or bother me while I was there.

I was very pleased with my experience at Office Depot even though I had to travel to get there. Please consider locating another store in the North Augusta SC or the East Augusta area.

Great service and my go to spot for office supplies and definitely for printing services.
Bartman went above and beyond to help me. He literally took a flashlight to make sure my front and back print was lined up perfectly! When he found it was just a touch off, I looked at it and was willing to accept it the way it was; the alignment was barely off. He was not willing to accept it. He realigned it and ran it a couple more times until it was flawless.

I used the Print Center to make a poster. Thomas was very helpful and knowledgeable about the job. The turnaround time was quick too.

Going into the store having checked the online prices armed me with the ability to get the best price. Don’t accept the price on the item without asking if the online price is lower. Let the buyer be aware!

Provided an assembly third party, at $135 cost to me, who cancelled out because of bad information from Office Depot. Stuck with an expensive home office desk that's not assembled! Don't buy ANY major item there!

It has been a long time since I had a sales person be as professional, knowledgeable and friendly as a sales lady in the computer section of Office Depot. April, thank you very much for all you did in assisting me and having a laptop ready with an hour to walk out of the store. April, you are a real asset to OfficeMax. Great customer service. I ordered three cases of water. However, when I went to go pick them up, I was only given two cases of water when I called the store to let them know what happened. They rectified the situation immediately and I was given two extra free cases of water due to the inconvenience. No back and forth just great customer service.
