Being a little technically challanged i was assisted by one of your employees and with alittle nudge was able to finish my job and be on my way.

The manager in their printing department didn’t care about the dissatisfaction of their products from the sale 1 week ago. Extremely disappointed with their level of customer service.

I had a terrible experience with this location. I made an online order and it was canceled because they didn't have the product I needed. I received a call from someone in the store saying they would make me a different one the next day, I call 3 days later and I get up oj hold for 30 minutes just so they can tell me they don't know what I'm talking about. Waste of time!

Staff is always friendly! The manager Mark is such a big help whenever our office needs something.

Almost never have my school supplies especially my Epson 202 Black/three pack colors and Restroom were horrible. All the stalls were filled with urine, feces, and stuff with tissue. I love your Store but lets do a little better than this. One of the clerks was sitting with her cellphone texting at the register. The other clerk told me that they go to restrooms next door, which is Lowe's to use their restroom. Shame on the Management staff. Oh Yes! I did tell them that I was calling Corporate, because was not good.
I am teacher/owner/customer of Office Depot/Office Max since 2005. So, I really need your store so, please order more supplies.

Notes: I am writing ONLY re: online ordering and store/curbside pick up. Any time I need supplies for kids’ school projects, this store is my go-to. They have lots of inventory online. I order it; I go sit in the curbside parking spot and check in via my e-mail notice that the order is ready; and, someone comes out within five, max 10 minutes and delivers my order. High quality products at a great price—and with great sale/coupon options. Easy, convenient ordering and pick up. Kind employees.

Mark Nelson and his team went above and beyond to help me with some last minute shipping needs. When the Smyrna UPS turned me away because “they didn’t have a box large enough” I turned to OfficeMax for help. Mark offered his assistance immediately and enthusiastically crafted a custom package. His customer service was INCREDIBLE, OfficeMax is so lucky to have such an extraordinary individual there.

Very clean store. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Quite a large selection of just about everything.

The guys were so thoughtful and kind. They made fixing my label maker the most important job, and I know they had more important things to do!

Customer service very poor; just pointed toward the department in question. Also, alternative payment options should be in place. 96 cents on a charge card is absurd!

I am grateful that I was able to shop locally for my home office supplies. I went early and was first in line at checkout. Unlike a previous online experience, I KNOW that I got the high quality product I was looking for. Thanks, Office Max, for being there.

Not lazy. Willing to take a phone call and walk over to a shelf and describe what he thought I needed-he was right. Understood exactly what was needed without the delay of ordering and receiving by delivery.

I use OfficeMax's copy service all the time. It's very easy to order online, fast turn around, and reasonably priced.

3 employees and neither could help tell me if there was a scale in the store to weigh a shipping box. I was in line behind 2 other women and the employee walked 50 ft to the opposite end to help another customer when it was my turn and she never addressed me ("just a moment, be right back" - Nothing!) Don't mark your items for a penny and leave them on the shelf and then tell customers you can't sell them for that price. Educate your employees. No one wants to hear "I don't know. Go check the print desk" They should check the print desk and come back with an answer. Clear reminder why I don't shop there besides the high prices.

The store itself is good for emergencies but overall they are always short staffed & out of items. The tall manager has always been the BEST! But everyone else just seems to wing it.lol The print area is a nightmare & has been for years.staff over there really don't really know wht they r doing & they wing it too.lol I suggest people look else where. I use BCP print shop & amazon for my supplies.
