OfficeMax, Loganville GA

On March 16,2023, I went to Office Depot/Office Max in Loganville, GA to pick up printer ink, however, when I entered the store, I seen book bags marked down. Due to having a non-profit domestic violence foundation and we have a back-to-school drive-I hit the jackpot. I was assisted by Mr. Ken and Ms. Sabrina was so helpful and supportive of the cause. We even took pictures because I purchased all the book bags. Mr. Ken even help me to the car. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to my next visit.

I want to recognize one of your employees that went above the call of duty for me. Mrs. Williams, who has an amazing outlook on life and extremely positive helped me tremendously when I couldn’t get the ink cartridges removed from my home printer that I brought in to this location. She had such amazing patience and worked through it to help get it figured out so that I can purchase a new ink cartridges and she even helped install the new ones for me. She was a true pleasure and extremely professional as well. Please make sure to treat her well as she is five stars all the way in my book.

Great store to shop at when you need a computer or printer, or office supplies! I always shop locally when I can, and it’s great to have this store so close to home. I’ve purchased several printers and computers from OfficeMax, as well as other products, and I have never been disappointed. The associates working there are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the products are generally high quality! You can always get cheaper products from Walmart or Amazon, but the saying “you get what you pay for” is true!

The store often has enough things in stock but good luck if you need help understanding something on a computer or printer. Most of the ti, tme no one offers help and when they do, they don't know much.

If I could give 0 stars to the Loganville location I would. Mitchell the manager is the worse to encounter. I went to go and pick up my order for him to tell me that my order was already picked up yet. It was not they didn’t even have my products available, but he wanted to argue with me to tell me that it show completed on their side yet couldn’t produce my product or my refund instead told me he was going to call the police on me because he couldn’t produce my products. Called customer Service and they said Greg didn’t have some of the items in stock and the order was not puzzled up but we knew that he chose not to do the research and properly assist.

I made a purchase on 12/4 and received great service. This store is also very convenient and easy to get in and out.

Helpful employees at this location. Keeps me going back when I have needs for office items.

Store manager was great help me setup my officejet 250 all in one printer she was very professional!

Staff was there to quickly help find what I came in for. Friendly people and a sweet check out girl who actually smiled and looked at you.good experience.

Customer service has improved. The last 2 times that I went, I was greeted by some friendly employees who assisted me with selecting the products that I needed. Prior to that, I didn't have the best experience.

Needed a phone mount. The item showed available at the Loganville store. Drove 14 minutes to the store to be told it was out of stock. The African American female older cashier came from the back room and gave me a litany of excuses. I asked them to sync their online store with their retail store. Then it was Yap yap yap. Just apologize and say you’ll fix it!

Gabby that works in the printing department is an awesome worker she really care about the customer.

I come here often to print one piece of paper and their self service printers are always not working. It’s getting ridiculous because they have at least 2 machines that should be working for customers and they never are. An employee has to reboot the system and half the time that doesn’t even work. It’s really frustrating that this is an ongoing problem with this locations self service printer.
