My salesperson was very courteous and professional. She greeted me as I entered the store, listed to what I wanted and show me and explained to me the different printers.

Charged me 30 cents to 3 hole punch 7 sheets of paper. Don't use the restrooms. You might get a water bill.

Lack of service and employees as well as stock in the store. We had to look for someone to answer the questions about a printer and desk top trays.
