Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We had our daughter's birthday dinner here. There were seven of us there to celebrate and we had a great time. I wish I could remember the server's name. He was excellent! Anyway, we all enjoyed the food, celebration and time spent together. We'll be back.

Slow at getting a table but the service is actually quick. The food is good as any Olive Garden. The waiters are nice and polite.

Came and had the Tour of Italy. Portions were pretty small in comparison to the pictures on the menu. Tomato and alfredo sauces were pretty bland. I would probably make a different choice if I had it to do over again.

Bad service. Waited 20 minutes then asked for a waitress. Ordered a med steak, it came back very well done. Sent it back but second one was well done again, plus they left the pasta off the plate. Had to stack our own dirty dishes to make room for our dinner plates. Will never come back.

Olive Garden in Pooler, Ga.has great service staff. Very friendly, very attentive. The food is always great. Great service makes it a place you'll want to return to.

The food was great! Our servers were quite nice and professional with a Southern hospitality that's very welcoming and appreciated. The environment was well lit and busy, but spaces out enough for full table conversation. 10/10

Shared a meal with my family at this lovely place. The restaurant was very busy but the waitress was extremely courteous and professional with superb customer service. The restaurant was very clean, the food was served hot and prepared as ordered. We enjoyed the sampler with fried lasagna, fried ravioli and mozzarella sticks. The kids enjoyed a pepperoni pizza with fries and a spaghetti with chicken tenders all of which was tasty. I will eat here again.

Olive Garden's food is good but I need a few more dishes without pasta once in a great while I like the pasta with the cheese in it.they used to have a great white sauce I do believe they changed it they didn't have it the last two or three times I went it was just plain alfredo.but when you're trying to lose weight pasta and flour is not good I do love some of the wines, The service has been good and a light dessert without chocolate

The food my grandchildren, son and I had was very good. My son ordered the chicken alfredo, my grandson had chicken Alfredo and spaghetti with tomato sauce which he didn't care for the tomato sauce, my grand daughter had the pepperoni pizza and spaghetti with tomato sauce which she enjoyed very much, I as always get the all you can eat soup, salad and bread, the raspberry lemonade. McKenzie was our server, I feel that she went above and beyond to accommodate us.

I ordered the lobster shrimp mac n cheese. Without exaduration it had tiny over cooked lobster pieces in it and was dry as hell. Last time I will go to this place.

This place is delicious! The wait for us was 2-3 minutes and they brought the food in less that 15 minutes. They bring large amounts and don't charge much. I absolutely love this place and will be returning.

Horrible. Not sure if it was at this particular location but I took my mother out for dinner and we ate plenty of salad. The next day I had gotten very sick and so did my mother. I later found out that we both had gotten food salmonella poisoning. We definitely will not be coming back.

Seated fairly quickly. Salad, soup and breadsticks came out fast. Spent too much to get Alfredo. Good quality, though.

CAREFUL WITH MARINARA!
Pretty standard Olive garden across the board. Service was kind of slow but the biggest thing is. Look at your bill at the end! We asked for a small marinara for our breadsticks and they charged 5.49 for the marinara. Just be warned. We had no issues getting it taken care of, but they still snuck it in!

We celebrated our daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday, and the staff did a great job by accommodating all of our friends & family. The food was great!

I don’t understand how a multimillion dollar business can’t seem to get simple things right, like making sure costumers who signs up for the online waiting list is seated immediately after arrival. I waited for 45min through their online system just to be told that their online system doesn’t work. Is that my problem? ! Fix the damn thing so people don’t waist time!

Allen was great, our food came out quick and everything tasted good:) we did go to have an early dinner so we didn't wait long to be seated.

We frequently visit the Olive Garden in Bluffton, SC and Pooler, GA. We do not mind the 1hr commute from S. C.because of the service we receive from Ms. Cynthia. She always takes care of our family with the highest professionalism. She is pleasant and willing to provide excellent customer service at all times. She has served our family so long that she already knows our choice of drinks, salad, soups and most of the time out entrees. It really means a lot when she is aware and remembers the requyand needs of returning guest.

Great experience. Great lunch specials. Terrific wine. Fresh bread sticks, salad. Pasta are really great. An of course awesome servers. Great place to come with family, a date, or just a peace of mind type of setting.

Soup was fresh. There were two brother servers Sean & John, John was our awesome server. Food & service was outstanding!
