Ollie's Bargain Outlet

I like the Ollie's store chain, but I had the worst experience in the Ollie's in Rome, GA and will not return there. Margaret, the manager and Cassie the cashier were incompetent inconsiderate. The line were wrapped around the store into the bedding section and the manager did not jump on the register or ask an employee to until she saw people she knew. Cassie who was the cashier at the customer service register returned the items for the people in front of us but then "forget" and pressed the wrong button when it was out turn. After waiting over 30 minutes in line because Cassie directed us there, we had to wait for Margaret to come over to fix Cassie's error. Margaret was however too busy worried about checking out the people who just walked in (who weren't directed to the back of the line like us). Returned an item because it was cheaper at Walmart.

Had fun shopping here had to be careful not to over spend d my budget. Too many great products and a e en better price.

It definitely pays to go to the store often because they don't always have the same stuff sometimes I'm amazed at what deals I can find in there

Not too bad 4 shopping a variety of items. Similar to big lots but, prices cheaper on some items.

Ollie's definitely has a lot of great deals. I wish they carried more yarn, but I did find some nice Premier Everyday marled yarn. The store could really use a bit of remodeling, especially in the women's bathroom. I enjoy shopping around and will continue to shop there when I'm out that way.

Rome Ga Ollies is the worst Ollies ive been into. Only one ck out going line was about 10 or more deep. Left my buggie setting there and walked out. Was not the first time Ive said im not going back.

I have been to other Ollie's but the one in Rome GA is by far the cleanest most organized by leap's and bounds. I commend the managment and staff. I reccomend that anyone who likes Ollie's go visit the Rome store and see what I mean.

Best store around. I buy all my k cup coffee here at a great price. The more you purchase the sooner you get discount coupons for future purchases. You never know what new there going to have. Keeps you coming back. Love this place. The cashiers are wonderful. They appreciated my business.

They always have something neat, and carry name brand products at half the cost. They've got a nice selection of books in several genres, food, snacks, self care products, animal toys, dog food (but no cat food), lots of children's toys and a great home section with cookware and more. My kids have a ritual of touching the big Ollie's bobble head statue in the front of the store when we first walk in. The staff is helpful and courteous.

Well jollies every food item is a few or a couple weeks from out of date they want just a couple penny's off reg. Price while you walk through store one bid commercial buy from jollies compare to theirs just wish some one would tell me where this theirs store is located so I could compare prices all items are high for a so called discount store shame on you jollies for losing to me and others out of 200 items you could probably find one item that might actually be two three dollars cheaper spend too much time looking not enough time saving. You never know what you will find in here. I found gluten free pasta, about 10 different types, all for 89 cents. THAT IS AMAZING. The deals are great but you can't go I looking for a specific item. It is always hit or miss as to what exact items they will have for each category. Overall, I love finding great treasures in there and the staff is always so helpful and kind.
