Their machime messed up on my check. They had no clue what to do and ended up charging me twice for same check. Called twice to get it straight person to fix the problem was not there! Worst Ollies I ever have been to. The cashiers were nice enough but held me up for probably 30 minutes and still screwed it up lol.

Excellent service and great prices love the cashier asked if she wanted milk in her coffee and replied she's lactose intolerant and she is awesome

Great prices on most items! Some prices are higher that other stores but keep your eyes peeled, you are sure to catch a deal!

Never have enough time to see everything. Inventory constantly changing. Great place for redo items for home, such as bedroom and bathroom decore. My favorite place to buy books for grandchildren or for myself. Something for everyone.

Firstly, let me say this. I like Ollie's, they have some good deals and fair prices but some products like their vinyl flooring have caused us a financial loss due to the fact that new materials and a additional labor cost will have to take place in order to correct our kitchen floor. This review will be added to and edited at a later time as I am out of time already. However, I wanted to get started, so here's the beginning. My wife and I purchased some of Ollie's vinyl flooring for our kitchen about 6 months ago and it is already separating in multiple places. It's splitting and chipping on edges and corners to the point of it being dangerous. It was professionally installed and the fault does not lay with the installer. I will be seeking a full refund for the materials.

Went to buy a 4 tier shelf on sale for 39.99, this is a price for that. Also found some long sleeve t shirts for 3.99 in all colors, definitely some deals there

They have a lot of different items to chose from but most of them are the generic brands and the prices are the same as anywhere else.

Really enjoyed walking the aisles and checking out the deals. Relatively clean overall. The people on the sales floor were very helpful.

Would leave less stars if possible. Don't get me wrong, some great deals here. But absolutely the rudest most intolerable staff I've ever encountered. My two year old daughter was squeaking a dog toy when a staff member came to instruct my husband to "pick up that leash she (my daughter) dropped. " My husband and I have both worked in retail for twenty plus years and would NEVER address a customer in such a way. Besides, there were multiple pet supplies scattered literally everywhere. The place is a mess, but that's expected in wholesale situations. What's not expected is being treated like garbage as a shopper and listening to employees LOUDLY complain about customers and their jobs in general. Will not return and will not recommend.
