Ollie's Bargain Outlet

I was in the area today, and came in to pass some time. I ended up finding this huge area rug that I wanted to get. Regina stopped what she was doing to help me dig it out. She rolled it up and we were able to put it on a cart. She took it up front for me while I did some more shopping. Once I got to the front, she had it taped up and ready to go. As I went and got my truck, she even went as far as to bring the rug outside and helped load it up. She made everything so easy for me, as I am quick to stress. Best experience I've had at any Ollie's location! Miss Regina really went above and beyond! Thank you so much!

The manager, Regina was awful, she was screaming at my girlfriend because she refused to uphold the sale label that was present. She created a scene and provided quite literally the worst possible customer service possible.

Ollie's was awesome today! I got a great discount on a portable A/C, and the cashiers and managers were incredibly helpful in helping me carry it out to the car, and make sure I was taken care of.

Had a wheelchair for shopping, so I was able to take my mom in (she was the one who wanted to go and the visit was dependent on that). Fairly clean and navigable. Had some choice items at good price. Staff was ok - the one person I saw.

Good when they have a product that you need because it is always cheaper than where you would normally get it. Ollie's, as it was explained to me by a manager, deals in products from buy-outs of stores that have gone out-of-business or are Factory Seconds. YOU NEVER REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE, HOWEVER, GO AND LOOK BEFORE BUYING ELSEWHERE, if you have the time.

Take this as a mixed bag. Some really cool stuff but largely nothing I needed. If you need to set up a new place, Ollie's currently has bedding, carpets, towels, curtains and a lot more. If you like digging through shelves and shelves of graphic novels, you're in for a treat. Just remember - the type of goods and selection varies greatly from visit to visit. Worth stopping by.

Always something fun to find here. I like to check the pet toys and the comics. Tip for people hunting comics, go when you have time and patience since those shelves hide excellent secrets.

Today was the first time I had been in a Ollie's. They had a good selection of gardening, household, clothing and shoes. I was hoping to see more fishing tackle, but what they did have was reasonably priced. The associates friendly and helpful which is always a plus! I will check back in later date and see if the fishing selection has improved. Overall it was a good experience.

The store was very organized and orderly. I love the new organization of the store.
Cashier was friendly and informative.

I bought two sets of queen size sheets for only 14.99 each. Great prices and good quality. Love going there. Lots of different things to buy.

I found some unique, and very reasonable Christmas gifts. The employees are friendly, and efficient. This very detailed DK coloring book was 2.99. I bought it for my nephew, but I might go pick one up for myself.

This is a great place to find discounts, I like to go at least once a month to see what they’ve added because they constantly get new stuff, their prices are so low that you could start an eBay business by buying here and selling online! Get a qr reader app on your phone and you can scan the UPC code on products and see how much it’s selling food everywhere else and I guarantee 80-90% of the items are sold way cheaper at ollies! I’m giving four stars for customer service just because they can never tell you where anything is and the lines are always super long but the prices are worth the wait!

The staff is about 7/10, some are nice and some aren’t but the majority are really sweet! The store is a bit messy in some areas like mainly the home and bedding section but that’s to be expected because people open up the blankets.but I feel like that’s what makes it Ollies, it’s fun to treasure hunt!

This place is always awesome! You never know what you'll find but it's a good bet the prices will be very good! If you haven't stop by you need too!
