Ollie's Bargain Outlet

I stopped into Ollie’s this evening. I was checked out by a young man named Jay. Super friendly and professional.
I forgot wrapping paper and went back. This time I was checked out by Miles. I have NEVER had the level of customer service I received from Miles! I was blown away. So much so, I had to call the store.
Not to mention Angela, who rung me up last week. She had a long line however. She was working and cracking jokes! It made being in the long Christmas shopping line bearable.
The staff there is really nice! The store was clean and organized. They are getting a 10/10 from me.

My experience at Ollies is always wonderful, however yesterday it was exceptional. Carolyn was warm and caring, incredibly sweet super friendly. She is definitely an asset to Ollies and I hope they appreciate her. She deserves it.

Found alot of cheap deals. Mostly toys, but alot of them were almost 75% off retail prices. Great place to shop for kids Christmas. I also purchase alot of comic book volumes there as retailers seek $20 or more per book, whereas they have them at $3 to $6 a volume.

Good deals to be found most of the time. Employees were nice and helpful. One employee came looking for a first aid kit from our cashier. The amount of compassion and concern from this young man about the injury to his fellow employee was commendable. We need more of that in this world.

Large, clean, extremely well stocked. Reasonable prices. It was my first time there. I was impressed.

Great store. Huge inventory and still kept store clean and clear for shopping. Excellent customer service. A place to shop.

This is the best place to get window units. They have everyone else's prices beat. Also a great place to get winter jackets and much more!

This seems to be a good place to shop. The only problem I'm having with it is figuring out how they get away with charging so many different taxes at least five or six different taxes. I am quite sure that's not the reason why the prices are low.

This was my first visit in years and OMG! It was an amazing shopping experience! I stayed much too long and spent much too much money, but I have forgiven myself. The prices were amazingly affordable, and for me, it was a treasure trove of hard to find items. I found my favorite home fragrances (name brand) for half the cost. I definitely have to go back and buy more of that and a few other things I've never been able to purchase anywhere else. And last but not least they have friendly employees who were very helpful. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Pretty good variety of things to buy, well organized areas in the store, aisles can be a little tight in areas, super good deals need to be purchased then or they may not have any left later. Good overall store.

It is a great place to find quality items from pet care to books to household items to toys. Just about anything you need is there at a drastically discounted price. The only problem is that when you come back to repurchase the same items they might not be available anymore.

Standing in line with over 60 other people. Customer service checkout taking over an hour. You would think we are at the airport. The manager could have done something about the situation. Am highly disappointed. Customer service down the drain.
