Jerry Whitaker of Omega Computer Techs was extremely helpful, professional and got the job done quickly. This was the first time I needed some computer work done as I'm new to Columbus. I will certainly be back to Omega Computer Techs in the future. Thanks Jerry!

Waist of money. I don’t know what I paid for, but now I need to go get qualified help to fix my laptop. Half of keyboard doesn’t work. And space bar is completely broken, it doesn’t sit properly. I guess it’s because of the spilled drink of course. The drink broke the space bar so that falls apart and doesn’t sit in its socket. I wouldn't write all of it but all this stuff worked before I brought it to this service. I especially checked it before taking it to the service. Btw waiting on an excuse for how I fried my space bar and it's broken now.

They help our company get our cameras up and running. They went over and beyond, it was not a easy fixed. I highly recommended them. Two great people

I've been doing business with Jerry for some years now, and he's never steered me wrong. This time around, had a USB conflict that I just couldn't sort out on my own. Brought the gaming rig in and a couple hours later he fixed the software end and recommended a hardware switch that worked right off the bat. Top notch as always, thanks Sir!

We have used Jerry twice over the past year, mostly to clean viruses and the hard drive. Service is fast and reliable. Prices are comparable to other shops in the area. Never had to take computers back for repeat services.
