Fantastic service. Very knowledgable team. I felt welcomed and was given a variety of options to fix my issue. Everyone was very nice and patient. I had my screen repaired in a timely manner. I was able to wait in store for it and did not need to drop it off.

I walked in needing a new battery for my 13 pro max and Shelby had great customer service! It took under an hour to get my battery replaced and walked out only having to pay $155 for a new battery, two phone cases and a screen protector. A STEAL! Everywhere in the area was charging 200+ just for the battery. Would definitely recommend this place!

Terrible place, I had the back of my phone shattered back in May. I took it to these guys in June and they replaced the back side of my phone for like $200. Wasn’t terrible. But when I got it back my facial recognition on my Iphone 14 pro was not working after I received it back. I took it back and complained about it. They said “welp we can’t do anything because it was like this before” I assured them it was not. They wanted to continue to tell me that I was the one who broke it. Like what the heck man. I got it back from them and came back right away. It wasn’t like a week or 2 after. I’m definitely not going to recommend this place to anyone I know. Next time I’ll just pay the extra cash and go to like Best Buy or something for QUALITY work. Thanks for nothing One Stop Wireless.

I cracked the screen of my brand new Samsung S23 Ultra today.

Jeff was able to get me a quick replacement of the screen, also applied a liquid screen and added a screen protector while I was waiting.

This place is a hidden gem that deserves more attention. Will do business with them again.

Brought my tablet in after lunch and got it fixed and returned at 5. By chance, they had needed part. Reasonable price for the repair.
