Idk why they have order online and pick up in store. Says it'll be ready in one hour or less. Ive come in an hour. I have waited a whole day or 2. They've never had my order ready when I got there.

Ordered a part that was to be in by 3pm the next day which actually took an additional 2 days! Fair pricing tho

They were very helpful even if they did not have the part at that location they were able to tell me that the very next location of us closest to me had it

I went in and bought brand new wipers both front and rear for my Toyota Sequoia. Rain-X wiper blades are the best and the clerk install them free for me. Very helpful

Latoya at the Racetrack (McDonough) location was VERY helpful. She took time to listen and made me understand on what was going on with my car. She taught me what to look for when my fuse blows out and not to mention, she changed it for me!

I am not one to leave negative reviews. But when there is a chronic service failure and the lack of integrity from a business, especially with the manager of an establishment, it deserves to be rated. In my case, I called and openly discussed having brake rotors turned by their facility. They told me they can do it to bring them in. When I arrived it was apparent that the management style of this location was mismanaged and very disorganized. Finally, the manager received my items and of course it’s routine to use a caliper to gauge the thickness to see if they are serviceable. The rotors were low mileage OEM rotors only needing a one pass resurface. From the tone that was in the store it quickly became obvious to me that they were not interested in getting involved in any machine work. The “ Manager“ fumbled through with an incorrect caliper, then finally found the correct one and quickly said they are not serviceable. At this point I was somewhat glad because I have decided that this is not a place to do business with. I left without incident and simply drove a few miles farther to the next O’Reilly location. Immediately I was serviced with professionalism and accuracy. The rotors were quickly turned with one pass and successfully done but not before wasting my time and a trip to the McDonough Racetrack Rd location. I’m only leaving one star because a zero star is not available.

This is the best auto parts store I've ever been to. And it was because of the people working there. Not only did they give me the right part the first time. But when I ran into a problem they did everything they could to solve it.

They are well stocked, and the prices are fair, but it really seems like they are perpetually understaffed. It's difficult to get help, and it takes longer than you would expect to pay.

As usual, this place had what I needed. Much better experience here than at the other place down the street.

This place was excellent I went in was helped immediately they looked up what I needed which was a battery for my work car and they expedited switch the battery out with no problems and got me on my way if you're looking for people with due diligence this is the store fast friendly and did what they said they were going to do in the timely manner

Several people working there but I almost walked out because No one wanted to help. They were all standing around chatting (with each other, not customers) and eating. As i threw my hands up and started walking out, one of the girls seen my frustration and asked if she could help. I used to brag on Oreilly's but the personnel changes and inexperience over the last couple years has been rediculous. Do think i will be returning.
