O'Reilly Auto Parts, Newnan GA

People always helpful. Just a regular parts store and at this location I have not had any issues and for that fact all locations have been good to me.

Had in issue coming home from work tonight. Needed to get a headlamp for my car. Website says they close at 10, perfect! It's only 08: 50 as I get there. Just as soon as I pull up someone rushes out and locks the door. I get out and am told 'we close at 9'. I thought I had 10 minutes but I guess not. Everything would have been ok, seriously, just a lamp, if not for the person that locked the door and smiled at me as I walked up to it. He and two other workers literally laughed at me. I have bought probably thousands of dollars worth of parts and supplies from this O'Reillys just because of the convenience of the store and the customer service. The service I've had from their day crew has always been great, but tonight, after having been laughed at to my face? Nope. No more. Never again. I'll be taking my future business else where.

Called them because I knew an Oreilly’s do oil changes so I asked if they did here and he said they just have oil then hung up before I could ask another question. Not professional at all.

Joseph was very rude to me and he raised his voice at me when i asked him a question about him putting in my phone number. I would rather go to the other o’ reilly store than this one.

So Tammy at this store was very rude. I had a blinker out about a month ago, bought bulbs and the gentlemen there put it in for me. Went back today because my other blinker went out. I had the other bulb that I purchased a month earlier it was a 2 pack. Asked if someone could but it in for me. Of course Tammy said they couldn't do it. Not good customer service, she acted like I was a bother. Will not be doing business there again.

Only reason I’m giving one star at all is because the young lady that helped me yesterday was really nice. I even gave them some free custard cards to Freddy’s because she was so nice. But the older African American gentleman that just rung up my needs was fairly rude and treated me as if I was some type of criminal and questioned every move I was making. I had a return to bring back that was paid for! It wasn’t items that I was trying to return without a receipt, though that’s the impression that was given. I may have tattoos but good sir I’m the assistant general manger of a store, I love my kids, teach em right and pay my taxes! So ease up on the judgement and treating your customers like that! I’ll never be back to this O’Reillys

Nice store and nice workers, the guy that worked there was very helpful he helped me with my windshield wipers that I needed immediately.

They were so patient and showed me options. They don't ever try to sale me the most expensive thing they have. They always give me the pricing for the cheapest, middle grade and the highest.

Nick & Kenny were both incredibly helpful & went above & beyond costumer service expectations.

The employees are very professional and polite. They will help in any way they can. You have to know the information of the vehicle you're needing parts for.
