We had a Nain carpet damaged via a water leak and Vineet and his team did a great job repairing the "color bleeding" and bringing the carpet back to life. He also cleaned 2 other Nain carpets and did an excellent job as well.

The staff at Oriental Designer Rugs were incredibly helpful with resizing our much-too-large sisal rug! They responded quickly to my inquiry and provided a fair cost for both pick up/delivery and the resizing itself. We will gladly work again with Vineet and his team at Oriental Designer Rugs.

Shahn and the team here did a great job! I needed to have a machine-made rug rebound along one edge, and also cleaned. Despite the fact that it was a cheap rug, the staff took the work seriously and delivered excellent results. I was *amazed* how clean they got the rug, and they were able to make an incredibly close match on the color of the binding. I felt like I got a brand new rug!
