Called this morning and Michael was here by noon. He did a fabulous job. The person answering the phone at the office was courteous and professional. Great experience and I highly recommend them.

Scott and Jeremy came out to help me today with a door. They were wonderful and showed up very fast. They definitely deserve special praise. I will definitely use this company again.

William was very helpful. I met with him and he showed me samples of the actual garage doors, and all of the components. They had displays set up to show the products and the operation of them. William made suggestions and really helped me with the process. The pictures really helped. I was thinking of one style, but after seeing the sample pic of them on the house, I ended up going with a completely different style door. The installers were very friendly and fast. 3 doors and openers completely installed in less than a half of day. Unfortunately one panel on each door was damaged, not from install, but from the manufacturer. They ordered replacement panels right a way. They didn't take long to come in, and they came and replaced them in no time. GREAT Experience. I love the doors. They are very quiet and work very smooth. I couldn't be happier.

We have had an Overhead Garage Door for over 20 years. Called about a problem and was told they no longer service the Eastman area. Now to find someone else that we hope will be as reliable.

Amazing hands down! I think the guys name is Michael.he went above and beyond after replacing our spring he went out of his way to check the rest of the door to make sure it was in working order. They were quick to come out and our garage was only out of commission for a few days. I recommend so much!

They came out a few years ago when my garage door broke. They came promptly and did a great job. More importantly, recently I had them come out to see what I could do to raise the door. He said I could change it but wasn't sure it would help. Bottom line, he did not try to sell me something just to do it. I was impressed with his honesty and integrity.

Jackie did a great job, she got us scheduled the same day we called with a broken spring, even though they said it may be the next day. Our car was stuck in the garage because the door was a insulated heavy door, could not open it manually. She sent mike and Cody out which were very professional and took care of our problem fairly quick and the price was reasonable. We called another company first that never called us back and I found out later their price would of been a lot more. So they actually did us a favor being slack. I would absolutely reccomend overhead doors for any garage door issues or installs. Mike was super helpful and courteous. They were able to get out here on 1 day's notice and get the door to as good as new. Worked fast and efficiently. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience with this company. Installed our three car garage doors in June, 2021. Great product, pricing and service after the sale. We've had a couple needs of service to tweak the adjustment of the doors, which were met within a day by skilled technician visits. Best I can tell, it's a small, family owned franchise of the national Overhead Door company. Bill, the owner, his wife Jackie, and two techs, Mike and Michael, pretty much comprise the company. Highly recommend this business.

The Overhead Door Company of Macon replaced the operating system on my garage door. The lady who scheduled the work was very helpful. The technician, Mike, was skillful in installing the new equipment and did a super job with the project. The cost for the new system was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Money well spent!

From the young lady who answered the phone and all of my questions to the two technicians who came out to the house, their attitudes, knowledge, concern, and empathy was outstanding! Overhead Door Company of Macon is certainly on the ball and a fine example of the way all businesses should be run. Their immediate response really saved the day. They came with all the necessary equipment and parts and made the repairs in no time! The wife was very impressed! Their professionalism and personable attitudes were certainly appreciated!
