Working with Caitlyn from the Johns Creek location of Palm Casual has been one of the most fun, informative and fantastic customer service experiences we've had since working on turning our backyard into a relaxing oasis, a perfect area to sit in after a long day at work. We visited this store and multiple other outdoor furniture stores before ultimately deciding to purchase our patio furniture from Palm Casual. The staff (Caitlyn, Dexter, Lani) there was awesome - they were very patient with my 1000 questions and were very accommodating and welcoming of my two young children running around the store! We are very happy with Palm Casual - we shopped around a lot and the quality of furniture for the price they offer was not matched anywhere else. Great, staff, great furniture, and a very good price. 5 stars all around!

In August of 2018, my wife and I visited Palm Casual in Johns Creek, GA. We were politely greeted by Lani Norman our sales consultant and began to receive an education on outdoor furniture and why purchasing a quality product from a reputable business that’s customer focused matters. Amy and I didn’t purchase anything that day in August, rather we continued to visit other stores and evaluate competitive products. After no less than six visits and ten to twelve poor sales person experiences we returned to see Lani.

Amazingly, she remembered us and then began to help us find furniture for our new home. Lani is a true professional and extreme passionate about her company and it’s value proposition. When you visit, ask for her and embrace the education - it’s important.

In addition to Lani, we had the pleasure of working with the store manager on two occasions. Caitlyn exudes passion and helped my wife with a color palate that worked with our decor in the new house. These two women are amazing and the company is truly blessed to have such knowledgeable and passionate professionals. Palm Casual, you’re people make the difference - and that’s a sign of excellence in business.

I have been a very happy Palm Casual customer since 2006! I Purchased my outdoor patio set from the Tampa location and have been so pleased ever since! Everything has held up beautifully, despite having been in the Florida sunshine. The service I received from the John’s Creek location has been exceptional. When the slings in my chairs finally started failing After 12 years, Caleb helped me pick out a complementary pattern, And when the shipment arrived he replace the slings free of charge. You’ll never find this kind of quality or customer service at a big box store. If you’re thinking of outdoor furniture, Palm Casual is the place to buy it!

We ordered a nice patio set from Palm Casual in 2017. Due to some customizations we had to wait longer than normal for our set to arrive and in the process a few mistakes were made by the management causing us to wait longer than expected. Management did provide us with an alternative set while we waited and once they were made aware of some mistakes along the way they quickly took responsibility and did what they could to help us out. Overall the company is focused on high customer service and quality products.

We were extremely pleased with the product and all the cast of characters involved in our purchase.

I highly recommend Palm Casual Patio Furniture in Johns Creek. In fact, I could not recommend it higher. Both the shopping experience and the results of that shopping have been wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely helpful. I returned several times to the store to take measurements and think about which pieces would work best on my patio. Never was I rushed or pressured. To the contrary, I was told to take my time. In fact, when I was ready to place the order several months later, I was given the prices from the time of my first visit (some of the pieces went slightly up). As I was thinking about my purchase, I visited other stores and looked through catalogues. The quality of the furniture in Palm Casual every time proved to be at least twice better than in other stores. On the other hand, high end furniture in catalogues was twice as expensive. In the end I felt I got an excellent deal for the quality of furniture. It's beautiful, easy to clean, and I don't have to worry I will need to replace it in two years. Thank you so much Geoff and the rest of the team! Every time I step onto my patio, I feel so happy!)

My wife and I saw the Palm Casual truck driving around our neighborhood and decided to go check it out. Boy are we glad we did! We found the most comfortable high-back wicker furniture that we've ever sat in, and the prices were great. It took us a few times to decide on what we wanted, but the guys in there were always super friendly and helpful. They made the whole process easy and even kind of fun.

We are so pleased with our shopping experience and especially with our purchase! Time Gordon, the manager was so patient and helpful with us. The furniture is top quality and so comfortable. We spend most of our free time out on our back porch now, I even bring my computer out there to do work while I enjoy the casual comfort of the outdoors!

Geoff and team are great to work with! Their showroom has a large number of high-quality options for patio and outdoor furniture at reasonable prices. We checked out several different stores in the area and are glad that we stopped in to check out Palm Casual. We've outfitted our new covered deck with ultra-comfortable furniture and now we've got the perfect place to hang out! Highly recommended!

I needed an umbrella to match new cushions I purchased online and couldn't find the fabric anywhere. Palm Casual custom made the umbrella in the exact fabric in less than a week. Very easy to work with and the product was exactly as promised. Highly recommend.

Don't buy any patio or sunroom furniture until you check out this place. They have a huge selection of furniture in many price ranges, and also a great selection of fabrics to match your decor. The manager, Tim Gordon, is super nice. We highly recommend this store for new furniture as well as recovering cushions you have that need to be replaced. So glad we found them!

Terrific experience! We are building in Florida and had noticed Palm Casual billboards along the Florida Turnpike. We planned on going by a store in Florida on our next visit and when we looked at the website we noticed the John's Creek location. We decided to go there to check it out. Great decision. Jeff, and the others were great. Even knowing we were building in FL they gave us full attention and assistance. They were all knowledgable, friendly, and full of ideas. We will definitely buy from this store.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Palm Casual Atlanta and the quality of their product. We tend to over-analyze purchasing decisions and the folks in Johns Creek walked us through and talked us through our options in such a delightful and consultative way that we felt really great about our decision (we debated what to do for months). Our order arrived Saturday and we tried a new configuration on a layout that ultimately won't work and after my phone call, they couldn't have been nicer or more professional about helping us swap out. Its funny, they even told us during our order - "well, that's never been done before but let's try it and see what happens! That's a cool idea! "
