So I woke up a couple days ago with my MacBook Pro that I found out was wiped completely including the OS by my brother, I went to PC EMT and within a minute they told me what was wrong and were able to take it in to work on it the pricing was exact and direct. They told me that it could take a day or two which I didn’t mind since it was still speedy, but they actually got it done earlier than that, pretty much within an hour and a half they had it ready with a full charge and they gave me an OS update which I wasn’t able to get since my max was old and outdated but they got it running like it was brand new. I highly recommend this guy for all your PC needs

We had an excellent experience here with Xo and his staff. We had experienced a major intrusion affecting all of our devices, both Apple and IOS. I had a great experience at this place and my screen was repaired within 90 minutes. He was super friendly and although he informed me that the front facing camera was having issues (and he even tried swapping it with a new camera module for free), after I left the camera started working again! Beforehand, he was very transparent about issues that may arise from the repair, and I can tell he cares about customer service. Just picked up my Alienware laptop from Zo, and I have to say, I’m very impressed. I had to get both my Display and Motherboard replaced and as a kind gesture, he even waived the labor, AND cleaned both the internals and externals; which I haven’t even done since I bought the laptop. He also tried to fix some of my missing keys (I had tried myself), but was unsuccessful. Not worried about that at all! This bad boy still runs and I can’t wait to get back to using it in my free time again. Thanks Zo!

Second time I’ve used these guys. First was for a iPhone screen repair and the second for my iPad screen repair. Both times my experiences were excellent. For my phone, I was looking to do a trade in and got full trade-in credit (which was substantially more than the cost of the service) after they replaced my cracked screen, so it just made perfect sense.

My iPad screen was absolutely obliterated and Zo’s team fixed it right up. Told me to expect 3 business days, and I got a call within 24 hours saying it was ready to be picked up and was fixed completely. I would highly recommend Zo’s team at PCEMT to anyone looking for a screen repair that’s cheaper that Apple’s prices and faster for no downgrade in quality. I won’t be going anywhere else for screen repairs, unless Zo closes up shop.

I brought 3 PC's into the shop to get fixed/cleaned. The work was done very fast and all my questions were answered. It was definitely the best customer service experience I've ever had. Zo and the technicians were extremely professional and helpful. They went above and beyond what I asked of them. Only 5 stars because I couldn't rate them 6 stars!
