Mathew stopped by my house to give me a lesson on Microsoft backups. He also fixed my speakers that had not worked for years. We discussed the age of my 10-year old PC's and he recommended that we consider updating them before we had problems. We will take his advice and wait for Black Friday to get new PC's. We have used P'tree Computers several times this year for PCs and for streaming TV service upgrades. Thanks for helping us.

Great experience!

My screen was shattered, and they replaced it for me. It only took 45 minutes. After I got home, I noticed that there was something off when I typed- it would type two letters in a row.

So I took the phone back the next day, and they put a new screen on (for free this time). Now it works great!

I went into the store for repair on a laptop. I was greeted immediately and my device was taken for diagnostics. I recieved a call that the device was unreparable due to a video board issue. There was nocharge. Very satisfied with service.
