Huy and Eric did a great job with my semi-annual checkup. They were both professional, friendly and respectful of my property. This was Huy's second time to my house and I was once agin impressed by his knowledge of all things HVAC.

This is the second seasonal visit I have had with Huy and I made sure to ask for him by name. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and timely. I would highly recommend him and Peachtree Services to anyone.

We have had the honor of having Huy Trinh as our technician since we moved in to our house in 2016. He is prompt, courteous and thorough.
He explains what needs to be done, and guided us when we needed to install UV lights to protect us against mold and allergens. We won’t use anyone else.

In fact, when we need our HVAC serviced, we will only let HUY from the Kennesaw office come to our house. We work our schedule around Huy’s schedule because we know he does outstanding work. I have used this company since I moved here in Smyrna 7 years ago. I have requested that Huy Trinh be my service guy. He is very professional and always makes sure he explains everything so that you understand what’s happening. I would recommend him and the company. Mike and Huy came by for a regular maintenance and they were great! I’m a new homeowner and they explained everything about my system in terms that were easy to understand. They gave me general tips as well for what I could do to take care of my system. Would definitely use again!

When my furnace did not come on in the morning, I called Peachtree Service Experts. They were able to send a technician within a few hours. Huy Trinh did a great job diagnosing my problem and because it was an old furnace, I decided to replace it. I was able to have it installed the next morning which Robert and Flint did in about 3 hours. When I had difficulty scheduling my new thermostat, Huy came back to help me with it. He was very thorough with his explanation and made sure I was able to operate it correctly. All involved with this experience were polite and professional.

HVAC shopping was not a pleasant experience until I had the good fortune to meet Micheil Cox (Residential Comfort Advisor). He came recommended by my neighbor. I called him on Friday, made the appointment for Monday, and the system was installed on Tuesday. It was such a real and transparent conversation around pricing structure, service and maintenance. I immediately felt trust with this individual and knew he would honor all services included in my package. I opted to go with the Advantage Program for which my family and friends have been amazed I had an opportunity to install two Lennox units withstanding a financial hardship. The installation crew was amazing (polite, informative, skilled and neat). The units were up and running in 4 hours. Micheil has stayed in touch throughout the duration of services and thanks to him and the services offered at Peachtree Heating & Air I know have a huge burden off my shoulders!

Mike was excellent he went over and beyond his call of duty to ensure that I was satisfied with the service while remaining professional and educated me along the way about the products. Technician Zee also offered exceptional service I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience.

Great service today from Warren! He was quick and very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my system. My condensate water tubing was installed in the incorrect location, which did not allow proper drainage and caused water to freeze and in the pipes. Amazing service!
