6Zee is the best & most thorough tech ever. This company takes care of their customers! With 2 units that are quite old with unusual filter requirements (expensive ones), he took the extra time to order the special filters before coming which limited the visits and insured the best operational quality of the system. He’s aways extraordinarily polite and knowledgeable about what is needed for individual users making him a valuable asset for both the company and the consumers.
Terrible customer service and very unreliable. I have tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but the time windows are insanely long, and they refuse to provide updates about arrival. As a full time teacher, I do not appreciate their complete disregard for my time.

This was a routine maintenance call. Jimmy did an excellent job. We did have a minor issue that he easily identified and what he described made perfect sense.
