Great service! Although they were short, the supervisor still made sure I had a good experience!

Rick was so helpful and kind. We have 2 other pep boys closer to our home, but those other locations have always let us down. We will drive further to visit this location every time.

I had no issues other than my fluids not being topped off when it states that it will be topped off. I even explained that we were going on a vacation. My brake fluid was never topped off. I had to go to AutoZone to get more brake fluid. That is unacceptable. We could have lost function to our brakes on the highway.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. I wish I’d gotten the name of the mechanic that worked on my truck, he was so outstanding they’re prices are very reasonable also. I was quoted only $209 for a system recharge for AC, previously I paid over $400 at a different shop. I’ll definitely be back for other service!

My AC went out today and i franticly called all the Pep Boys around me to fix my car. All of them closing at 4pm said they could not do it until tomorrow, Rick the manager was the only one that said he will take care of it if i can come by 4pm because he understood that i had to work on Monday.

When i got there Rick was honest, friendly, and very helpful. He told me different things that could be wrong with my AC and advised me what was best for my car.

PepBoys please make sure that Rick is well taken care of, don't risk losing this man.

Sent a student of KSU there, because I am in Nashville. Was told by service manager, he was an alumni of KSU, he would take good care of him. Student called and said he needed rear brakes and it was going to be $580. (Just had some replaced on my car for less than $300). Called around hometown, nothing over $300. Told him to come home, we would get it done here. New brakes and rotors, $285 total. Also found 2 lug nuts missing from rear wheels, the same rear wheels Pep Boys took off to inspect the brakes. Could they have been missing before, sure, but wouldn’t they tell me? Nothing was said. Never sending anybody there again.

Absolutely fantastic service, Barry was a huge help getting my work truck back in working order quickly, I can’t recommend these folks enough.

The guys here are very kind. I drove in with a flat tire. They checked it out immediately for me and saw they could patch it and fixed it within minutes. I would highly recommend this tire store!
