4 Patronized this business for screen repair, but before you actually have a chance to see if it works properly, the guy practically begged you to leave a five star review on Google just to take five dollars off of your purchase.
The same evening after the screen was repaired it started glitching. It was flashing really badly, and as I would scroll, it would make selections by itself. He gave me his business card thankfully, because there is no number on Google. I’ve been calling him for two weeks, but could not get in contact. I couldn’t just go by, because I wasn’t local, and wanted to make sure that it would be worth the trip.
Just so happen, after two entire weeks of trying to contact this person, he happens to answer on the day that I drop the phone on carpet, yes, carpet, and a $20 screen protector that he sold me didn’t even crack, yet the phone screen did underneath. Which leads me to believe that he did not apply the screen correctly, especially considering it was already glitching, now on the screen cracks, which voids the warranty.
In my opinion, being that, I’ve been trying to contact a supposed business for way too long, and I’m sure he has caller ID, I thought that he should’ve been considerate enough to at least try to help in that situation, but instead, he told me that I would have to pay for the screens to be repaired again, and he would again, take $10 off.
I would’ve been more interested in him, doing the job right in the first place, because there is no way I would pay him again when he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. Nice guy, but bad business practices. Won’t patronize again.
Definitely would not allow him to apply at a screen protector to a phone, because he didn’t do very well at it. I will resort back to AMAZON from my screen protectors.
Quoted price wasn't the price for service. Argumentative rude associate! Phone pictures had been gone through as well!

Super-quick and reasonably priced. I expected to leave my device at least overnight, but they were able to make the repair while I went shopping for a few minutes. Awesome outcome! Note: the mall signage lists them as located in the food court area, but you will find the kiosk in front of the AT&T store.
