Dropped my iphone during work and shattered the screen. Needed it immediately and took it to Phone Tech. They had me in and out in under an hour! Phone works gray no difference in resolution. Highly highly recommend!

Had a old Apple Watch that needed to be fixed. No one had the parts and said it wouldn’t be worth it. These guys ordered the parts and fixed it in a very reasonable time! They called me when it was finished and I came and picked it up. It work great! Would definitely recommend.

Actually I didn't love it but it was okay. He didn't have the part in so I have to go back in a couple of days should be good though. All I know so far

I came in about 15 minutes until close (was still looking at old hours so I didn’t know) the man working, Eric, thankfully took my phone and repaired my broken and glitchy screen in less than 10 minutes. Price was reasonable. Thanks Eric! I will be back next time I need a repair

Hands down best experience I’ve ever had a cell phone repair shop. Technician was extremely knowledgeable & efficient. He even took the time to explain the problem, and give me some tips. My iPhone 10XR hadn’t been working in 2 days. I’d gone to 2 other places, but had no luck. I’m so grateful I decided to give Phone Tech a try…otherwise I may have been forced to buy another phone that I clearly didn’t need. My phone is working perfectly now!

10/10 would recommend Phone Tech! Another store didn’t have my screen available and I called Phone Tech and they said, “Of course we have it! ” The service was in 30 minutes and my phone screen is better than it was when I previously got it fixed down the road. Shoutout to the worker who’s name I didn’t catch, so kind and so helpful. There is also a 90 day warranty in case any issues come up. Couldn’t be more thankful!

Be sure to thoroughly review their work—I did not and paid the price ($300 vs $175). I had a water damaged phone with a failed screen. They used a new screen to allow me to pull my data off, then could have returned that new screen if there were other problems that made the phone unusable (saving me money). I trusted that they tested the phone thoroughly—phone calling, camera, mic and speaker—but those never worked for me after I received it.

My phone wouldn't turn on, so I came in without an appointment. (Hard to call ahead when your phone isn't working.) Five minutes later, I walked out with a working phone. It didn't need much fixing to be fair, but I'm happy.

I've had a mac needing a battery replacement forever and am so happy I finally got around to it. Great work guys and thank you!
