Yo this phone fixing place is so convenient, and fast. I highly recommend this place if your look for a new case or a phone fix. My iPhone 7 plus screen was cracked and i came to them yesterday. The camera quality was better than before, my phone looks brand new. It takes about 15-30 mins for a phone fix at phone world. They are so nice and the customer service was a 10/10. I highly recommend going here.

Details for those who care:
I locked my unlocked Galaxy S7 by, let’s say, an accident. Tried a few places around without much luck. Especially, if I mentioned the Odin tool and get a blank stare – “what it is? ”.
Stopped at two cellphone repairs stores in the Sugarloaf Mill mall to learn that the only way is to replace my phone’s motherboard. Did not want to go that invasive, especially if those ‘technicians’ refused to tell which version of a motherboard will be installed: G930A, G930T, G930W, G930V, etc.
With more online research came to the Shawn’s place. After a phone call, Shawn was able to detect a correct problem with my phone and offered a very reasonable price to reset phone’s firmware. What I really liked: if he is not able to fix it - there will be no charge. The phone was restored to working condition. Shawn gave me a few tips to maintain it as it is a three-year old phone. I truly appreciate his patience and determination to get it right. Thank you Shawn and Rid!

This place came highly recommend, which I valued due to me being from out of town. Arrived right when they opened. Shawn was incredibly helpful. I took a phone to PhoneWorld to have it scanned before I purchased it. Shawns’s diagnostics felt like a rollercoaster - it’s going to work - it’s not going to work - however, he stayed the course and figured it out. I would recommend PhoneWorld to anyone looking for advice, service or electronic repairs. Very knowledgeable and professional service at an affordable price. I will be returning in the future.

Always get my phone repaired here (as I drop my phone very often) The owner and employees always take care of my phone and repair it in less than 20 minutes depending on the repair. 10/10!

I visited this phone repair shop after laptop was originally fried and the diagnostic was quick and easy. After my iPhone screen cracked I decided to come back. I was offered quick and easy service and was able to get back to my day! Thanks! My screen and phone look brand new!

I brought in a nearly ran over note 5, I figured it was a gonner. They returned it in like new shape, 100% working great for a fair price in just 24 hrs. These guys are tops! BTW its not cheap to fix a complicated device, replace screen and back and battery (ooof). But these guys did a miracle for me and I'm happy! I'll come back with any future broke phone for sure.

Dec 2019 took yet another dropped phone over for a new screen on an emergency fix of my business phone. They fixed it in one day. Don't expect this fast normally LOL I explained it was my business phone and they jumped through hoops to get the new screen and install it. Thanks guys!
