This team is amazing! Su (my salesman), Jorome (Fiancing) and Alex (manager) were great. I told them I was expecting and with covid I wanted to spend as little time in the dealership as possible. They gathered all my information, handled everything via phone, email or text message. This included my trade in. I did change which version of the vehicle I wanted, as we were negotiating the terms. They offered me several different options and once I go to the dealership they had the car pulled up front for me, so I didn't have to wait. They even offered to bring the cars by my home for me to see them in person because I live extremely close to the dealership. I opted to drive to them since I was bringing my trade in. Overall, it was a great experience and I think I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Probably would have been less I didn't change my mind about which level I wanted.
