Both gentleman who were here cleaning the Air Ducts at my home preformed an excellent job. They were quick answering all my questions while showing me exactly what was happening. They continued to work from the moment they arrived until time for them to leave. Because of the terrific job they’ve done I’m considering changing to your service once my present contract expires. Chris Roe and his team run a top notch operation. We all know how hot it was this summer, and my AC decided to take a hike. A friend told me that Precision Heating and Air was really good, so I gave them a call and from my first call until the job was complete they did not disappoint. Even after the installation was complete a got a call that said they were Quality Control from Precision Heating and Air and they wanted to schedule a time to come out and inspect the work that had been done to ensure nothing was missed. I have had many different HVAC companies in my home over the years and none of them had ever did a follow up as thorough as Precision. I'm here to tell you, believe me Precision is the BEST!

Update for the below…. Precision was very fast to come out and fix the problem. They are very nice, professional, and offer a great service. Turns out problems with this neighborhoods AC isn’t precision but the electrician….

We had a great experience with Precision Heating & Air. Bobby and Andrew installed our unit. They did a great job. Quick and professional.

Was having issues with my AC not blowing cold and after calling several other companies Precision was quick to getting a tech out to me while others couldn’t get anyone out to me until the following day. Patrick was very professional and very quick and proficient at his job. He diagnosed the problem being my starter has went out and not only had the part in the truck but was very quick at putting it in and getting my home feeling cool again. Not to mention the lady who answered my call was so nice and very helpful in getting my questions answered.

Josh was the Technician that came to the house. He was the epitome of professional. I asked many questions and he answered them in the most thorough way. Josh was on time, worked quickly and problem solved effortlessly. I was blown away. This quality of service and care is extremely rare. Precision Heating and Air are my go to for all things HVAC.

We had gone about two weeks with no air conditioning on our third floor in this Georgia summer heat. So we called Precision H&A and the next morning they were out to fix it. Bobby and Josh worked all day, 11 hours to help fix and put in a new AC unit. They did not stop for one minute all day, it was incredible. Hard working individuals, incredibly nice and showed us what was wrong and how to use the new AC system once they fixed it. I highly recommend using not only this company, but Bobby and Josh are hands down, incredible at what they do. Highly recommend these two employees to anyone out there.

Patrick performed an inspection on the HVAC house we are buying. He was professional, thorough, and had a great sense of humor. 10/10 will use again.

Charged $99 to come out and provide quote to replace water heater, and then when they showed up told me they weren’t authorized to work in my condo building anyway. What a joke. Made $99 today and lost all future business

Our A/C died on a 95 degree day a few days after bringing a newborn home from the hospital. Precision didn’t have any appointments available that day to fix the A/C, so the dispatcher called around and found one of their technicians who wasn’t even working that day who was willing to drive 40 minutes to repair our A/C on his day off. Once he arrived, it took him about 20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem (busted compressor). He was so gracious, helpful, and professional, as was the dispatcher who helped us get someone over to the house. I cannot rave enough about this company and the people who work there. They really do the best they can to help each and every time.

Patrick does a great job explaining the details of his findings during the inspection. He’s very respectful, and he is a very knowledgeable technician.
